Agatha So is a Policy Analyst with the Wealth-Building Initiative, part of the Economic Policy Project at the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The Economic Policy Project aims to close the racial wealth gap by promoting fair labor, financial, and housing markets where Latino families have the opportunity to routinely build wealth, maintain life-long financial security, and pass their assets onto the next generation. In her role as Policy Analyst, Ms. So works with both the Wealth-Building policy staff and NCLR’s Housing and Community Development program team to expand NCLR’s visibility, expertise and impact in housing policy, with an emphasis on fair housing, access to credit, language access, and housing finance reform.
